today I'm going to explain how to paint animals and the nature

the materials are 

Plastic cups to mix the paint 

Brushes

news paper

Plastic cups with water to wash the brushes

Paper to paint

Please organise the class by couples

Let's Start 

The first step is to cover our table or desk to avoid damaging it.

The second step is to put the paper to paint over the news paper.

Third step is to mix and prepare the colours triet you want to use  you can use the cups to the mixtures. 

The four step is to paint the images according to the given numbers

1) yellow 2) green 3)red 4) skin 5)blue 6)orange 7)pink 8)purple 9) dark green 10)brown

Some colours can be gotten by mixin

The primary colours which are yellow, blue and red that can be mixied  with white and black or ever among them.

For explame pink is gotten from mixing red and white.

Health writting on schools

healthy food

It will start looking on schools of the countries to help children with their health. It is important because children are eating a lot junk food an soda. To control this on the schools I  think we have to start suspending junk food for example hamburguers, hot dogs,empadadas and drinks with high sgugar level.
Other idea is to improve the food of the restaurants on the schools because those restaurants use fats and colorants. Also would give to physical education teachers gyms  equipated with machines and bikes.
The food is important in the house, It can't be junk food because the work on the school will be loosen, also It is important that parents  send to their children healthy food such as protein and low sugar juices and that in the schools children do enough exercises or sports because the present children have problems of diabetes and obesity due for poor nutrition.
To improve It, is necessary to take away little food, do different sports and go to the nutritionist in schools and every year visit the schools.

My holy week

On the holy week I went for  palm Sunday and later went with my family to eat .The ohter day I was in my house, watching tv and helping to  my parents. 

           

   On Tuesday I went to the Santafe mall with my sister for watching     a movie and eat  McDonald´s hamburguer

On Wednesday I traveled to my farm with my parents and my mom´s family came with us. On Thursday, we spent time in family.  For my family, it is important to dedicate time to God because it  explains us how our lord resurrected and died  for us.

With my family went to mass on Thursday where God washed his apostles´  feet.

 And gave the bread and wine and on Friday we  went  to the'' via crucis''.

Then  we went to the  San Luis´ village and I ate an ice cream  in the park  with my cousins.  At  night we returned to the farm because on  Saturday, we would  travel to Guateque to greet my aunts and then to Bogota for water and  fire blessing and easter.

And today  Sunday is   God's  resurrection

My name is Diana Bueno Bernal,I'm 17 year old,I was born on march 1st 2000 in Bogota,  I live with my parent's and sister.

My father's name is Antonio Bueno Sanchez he's 47 years old ,he was born on may 5th 1969 in Guateque Boyaca, my dad Works as butcher and he likes sleeping much.

My mom's name is Patricia Bernal Fernández she is 46 years old , she was born on november 2nd 1970 in Guateque Boyaca, my mom Works as butcher and she likes cooking. 
My parents have been married for 23 year.

I have a sister who is 23 years old my sister is Loren Bueno Bernal she was born on october 4th 1994 in  Guateque Boyaca.
My sister studies film and television in the university Manuela Beltran she likes taking photos.

I study in Gimnasio San Angelo, I like swimming ,watching movies I also enjoy traveling to farms because I share with my family and I like the nature, I love cooking dessert, I hate waking up early on the weekend, I hate the people that lies.

When I finish school I want to study Gastronomy in Argentina or in Mariano Moreno in Bogota.

I want to go to Canada to learn English for the future.
