Health writting on schools

healthy food

It will start looking on schools of the countries to help children with their health. It is important because children are eating a lot junk food an soda. To control this on the schools I think we have to start suspending junk food for example hamburguers, hot dogs,empadadas and drinks with high sgugar level.
Other idea is to improve the food of the restaurants on the schools because those restaurants use fats and colorants. Also would give to physical education teachers gyms equipated with machines and bikes.
The food is important in the house, It can't be junk food because the work on the school will be loosen, also It is important that parents send to their children healthy food such as protein and low sugar juices and that in the schools children do enough exercises or sports because the present children have problems of diabetes and obesity due for poor nutrition.
To improve It, is necessary to take away little food, do different sports and go to the nutritionist in schools and every year visit the schools.

My holy week

On the holy week I went for palm Sunday and later went with my family to eat .The ohter day I was in my house, watching tv and helping to my parents.

On Tuesday I went to the Santafe mall with my sister for watching a movie and eat McDonald´s hamburguer

On Wednesday I traveled to my farm with my parents and my mom´s family came with us. On Thursday, we spent time in family. For my family, it is important to dedicate time to God because it explains us how our lord resurrected and died for us.

With my family went to mass on Thursday where God washed his apostles´ feet.

And gave the bread and wine and on Friday we went to the'' via crucis''.

Then we went to the San Luis´ village and I ate an ice cream in the park with my cousins. At night we returned to the farm because on Saturday, we would travel to Guateque to greet my aunts and then to Bogota for water and fire blessing and easter.
