SUMMARY 

This debate speaks about the racism that have present in the country and  also about the social network principally the Facebook, Ask and WhatsApp which are the most used by society to communicate.

Those are Facebook and Ask since  they are principally used to put photos or ask anonymous questions and that causes the abuse,ugly comments, insult andbullying.

It Also speaks about considering that goverment must close some social network  in the country or have the restriction in some websites.
